  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

3. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping outside these regions at this time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track the status of your shipment on the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delivery times may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Custom clearances (for international orders)

If your shipment is delayed, we will notify you with updates via email.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Woodz Casual is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive your order and the package is damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to:

  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or contact the courier company for further assistance.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, Woodz Casual is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your shipment. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (such as import duties and taxes).
